Create the page as seen in the image, and also finish up on the previous form assignment, as well as research on: 1. If it's possible to give a strict number of checkboxes to be checked/ticked at a time? say we have 5 checkboxes, and we want the user to choose 3 out of the 5, is it possible to limit the user to that 3 and not more??
